Getting Started

Welcome to your onboarding! Please follow these steps in your own time and at your own pace. These first steps will ensure that you have an understanding of what you have access to and how to use our travel booking platform.

01.

Take note of your login

You should have received a welcome email from Inteletravel (check your junk folder). This will give you access to your travel booking system (what we call the ‘back office’).

Complete the regulatory training

This is your Inteletravel training and is a series of videos followed by a multiple choice test, which must be passed to continue. You can either complete this training in one go—or do a bit at a time and come back to it. 

The training must be completed before you can access anything in your back office. 

(Note that the progress bar in your dashboard within your back office will indicate 10% complete once you have completed the regulatory training). 

Find the regulatory training by following the following steps:

1. Visit www.inteletravel.uk/login.cfm and log in with your credentials.
2. Go to the Education menu and select Required UK Regulatory Training.
3. Scroll to Start your UK Regulatory Training Videos and click Enrol for Free.
4. Preferably watch the videos on a desktop/laptop and let them play until the end to ensure completion.
5. On the next page, select Complete and Continue.

There’s around 90 minutes of core training and 4 hours of travel business training plus a multiple choice test. There is absolutely no deadline or limit to how many times you take the test (please reach out to your sponsor if you are struggling and we can help!) —and it’s useful for your sponsor to know once you’ve completed this, to best support you while you are getting started.

ABTA registration & training (UK agents)

Click here to follow the steps to register with the Association for British Travel Agents and complete your ABTA training.

New starter introduction video or call

Watch the 45 minute new starter Introduction video here. This will give you an overview of your travel booking system and show you how to get started in the best way.

The wider team also offer optional weekly live new starter calls for new agents. The person who introduced you to the business will advise when there is next a live call. Listen to an introduction call as many times as you need to!

Travel Vault & Facebook Group

This is an additional resource which our wider team has created to help you get the most from the Inteletravel booking system and everything else you have access to outside of this - as a worldwide recognised member of the travel industry. The Travel Vault is an additional and optional resource - so we've given you it!

The Megadrive within the Travel menu in The Travel Vault contains lots of juicy personal travel rates - but we advise checking out the Booking Personal Travel section in the Insider Hub first.

Click on this link to complete the form to request access to the TRAVEL VAULT - using the exact name and email address you signed up to Inteletravel with. Do not click 'opt out of communications' - as this will exclude you from receiving your Travel Vault login details and our wider team update emails.
Keep an eye on your emails for your login details for The Travel Vault (check your junk folder). Access may take a few days.

You'll receive weekly emails from The Travel Vault for wider team news, opportunities and calls - which you also have access to.
