Getting Started Checklist
Welcome to your onboarding! Please follow these steps in your own time and at your own pace. These first steps will ensure that you have an understanding of what you have access to and how to use our travel booking platform.
Note: Bold underlined text is linked.

01.
Take note of your login
You should have received a welcome email from Inteletravel (check your junk folder). This will give you access to your travel booking system (what we call the ‘back office’).

Complete the regulatory training
This is your Inteletravel training and is a series of videos followed by a multiple choice test, which must be passed to continue (you have unlimited attempts at the test). You can either complete this training in one go—or do a bit at a time.
All of the training must be completed before you can access/book anything in your Inteletravel back office system.
(Note that the progress bar in your dashboard within your back office will indicate 10% complete once you have completed the regulatory training).
Find the regulatory training by following the following steps:
1. Visit www.inteletravel.uk/login.cfm and log in with your credentials.
2. Go to the Education menu and select Required UK Regulatory Training.
3. Scroll to Start your UK Regulatory Training Videos and click Enrol for Free.
4. Ideally watch the videos on a desktop/laptop and ensure they have played until the very end - in order to open up full access to your Inteletravel back office system.
5. On the next page, select Complete and Continue.
After the 90 minute of core training and the test, you must then complete the rest of the training (4 hours) which goes through the basics of your business and making bookings.
- Click Education menu
- Inteletravel University
- Scroll down to InteleTravel Online Academy Training Videos
- Click 'Start Your Training Videos' (red text)
- Click Enroll or Resume and do these in own time.
It's useful for your sponsor to know once you’ve completed this, so they can best support you while you are getting started.

ABTA registration & training (UK agents)
Click here to follow the steps to register with the Association for British Travel Agents and complete your ABTA training.

New starter introduction video

This will give you an overview of your travel booking system and what's in the Insider Hub. It will help you to familiarize yourself with the travel booking platform and where to look first.

Arrange Your Success Strategy Call
After you’ve completed the regulatory Inteletravel training, it's time to find out what you want from this opportunity and how we can help you to achieve that - whatever that is!
Message the person who got you started to arrange your 20-30 minute SUCCESS STRATEGY CALL.
It's all about setting YOUR goals. What do YOU want and what does your life look like in 2-5 years time?
Please complete this form and send to the person who helped you start before your success strategy call. This will help them mentor you - potentially alongside one of our directors or directors in training. If it's the passive income through our marketing business you're here for - start here.

Wednesday Welcome Webinar
All agents must listen to one of these webinars which are hosted by the Inteletravel Training Manager.
The link to register for the welcome webinar is found within the Inteletravel webinar email (usually sent the Friday before).
You must register for this yourself (the joining link cannot be shared by others).
There is a lunchtime and an evening webinar session each Wednesday and you must register in advance through the email. Please note that the welcome webinars are not recorded.

We have created a ‘go to’ guide exclusively for our group of agents. The Essential Travel Booking Guide contains FAQs, where to go for what, and helpful tips on how to book for yourself versus a client. Find the guide here and also within the Booking Travel section of the Insider Hub. And if you can’t find the answer to your question, remember you have a huge support network in the group chat.
